Return and refund of one or more products (excluding right of withdrawal)

Make a return

Customers have the possibility, for the Product(s) purchased on the Site www.zinoshop.fr, to make the return:

at your expense to our warehouse at the following address:

The postage fees are paid by the client

Customers have thirty (30) days from receipt of the order to make such a return.

The returned Product(s) must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, original labels, etc.) allowing the Product(s) to be re-marketed in new condition. Product(s) returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be taken back or refunded. In these circumstances, the package will be made available to the Customer for 30 days, during which the latter may, if he wishes, ask Customer Service (Customer Service: 09 84 57 39 16 (price of a call local) Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), the reshipment of said package at the Customer's expense.

Refund

The refund will be made by ZINOShop using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. It is however specified, in the event of total or partial payment by gift card, that these cannot be reimbursed either in cash, by check, or by bank card. Reimbursement of purchases made by gift card is made exclusively in the form of an e-gift card, for an amount identical to that paid in this form, sent to the email address used during the initial order.

In the event of partial return of the order, and to the extent that the delivery costs are fixed, the delivery costs are not refunded.
