Delivery methods
ZINO offers the following delivery methods:
- At an address chosen by the Customer in France end in the word
ZINO undertakes to make the best efforts to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option selected.
ZINO delivers to mainland France, but is not able to deliver to Corsica, overseas departments and territories.
ZINO undertakes to make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were placed. We strive to deliver to Customers within two (2) to ten (10) business days after order confirmation, and in any event within thirty (30) days after confirmation of an order.
ZINO undertakes to make every effort to deliver within the communicated deadlines, however delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen events. In the event that the delivery time exceeds thirty (30) days, the Customer would then be entitled to cancel his order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by writing on any other durable medium (and this if, after having enjoins ZINO in the same terms to have made the delivery within a reasonable additional period, the latter did not comply within this period.).
Before placing an order, the Customer is informed of the expected delivery times with an indicative delivery date. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the same information (expected delivery times and indicative delivery date).
During certain periods (sales, private sales, holidays, etc.) processing times may be longer due to the volume of packages to be processed. All ZINO teams are mobilizing and thank you for your understanding.
If you decide to entrust the delivery of your order to a carrier other than that offered by ZINO, the risk of loss or damage to the package and/or the Products is transferred to you when the package is handed over to the carrier.
We invite you to regularly check the tracking of your order or to contact Customer Service on +(33) 9 84 57 39 16 (price of a local call) from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for any questions or in the event of a problem.
Reserves
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer checks the conformity of the Products received with his order.
Any anomaly concerning delivery (in particular damaged packages, missing or damaged Products) must be indicated, first of all, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature to the carrier.
We remind you that you have the right to refuse the package upon delivery, for any reason whatsoever. Your order will then be fully refunded.
The stipulations of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal with reimbursement provided below.
